Munich, June 18, 2007. pmOne AG, a European solutions provider for planning, reporting, consolidation and analysis, today announced that Peter Kürn, Professor Andreas Seufert and Stephan Götschel have been selected to serve on its Supervisory Board.
 
Peter Kürn, an experienced executive from the German banking industry, will consult pmOne in all questions regarding business financing. The co-founder and long-time CEO of Internationales Bankhaus Bodensee brings first-hand experience from other Supervisory and Advisory Boards.

Professor Andreas Seufert, who specializes in the field of business management, will advise the company with regards to customer requirements and market trends. A renowned authority in software-driven business management, Seufert also serves as director of the Institute for Business Intelligence (IBI) at Steinbeis University in Berlin and the BI Research Group of the International Controller Association. 

Stephan Götschel, who worked as a senior-level lawyer at leading international Business Intelligence companies, was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Götschel is an acclaimed expert in legal aspects of the software and consulting industry.
